Refund & Exchange Policy

 

Overview​

At Tod Berry, we want to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. We offer exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order, subject to certain conditions. Please note that we do not offer refunds in any case.

Eligibility Criteria for Exchange:

  1. Defective or Wrong Product: If you received a defective or wrong product, you are eligible for an exchange. Please initiate the return within 7 days of receiving the product and provide images of the product if required.

  2. Unhappy with the Product: If you are unhappy with the product for any reason, you are eligible for an exchange. Please initiate the return within 7 days of receiving the product.

  3. Unused and Original Packaging: Items must be unused and in the same condition with original packaging and original tags intact to be eligible for exchange.

  4. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

How to Initiate an Exchange:

To initiate an exchange, please write an email to support@todberry.com mentioning the reason for the exchange along with images of the product if required. Once we receive the above-mentioned details, our executive will get back to you within 2 working days with a solution that will work for you.

Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges, and the exchange is subject to availability of the desired product.
